Event Liability Waiver: This certifies that I know and understand that my 5K race participation involves inherent risks, such as, but not limited to eye, and or face injury, scrapes, cuts or abrasions from falling, muscle or ligament strains from running, broken bones or bruises from accidental collisions with other runners, and that even when safety precautions are utilized, injuries can occur. I also understand that if I experience unusual pain or physical discomfort during my participation, I will decrease or stop running and notify a marshal of my symptoms. I can claim to the best of my knowledge I do not have any medical/physical disability that will preclude my safe participation in this program. I will abide by all rules, regulations and policies applicable to this 5K race. COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES INCURRED IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. It is strongly recommended that all participants have satisfactory health status and appropriate personal accident coverage for any injury that might occur during event participation. Whether or not I see my physician, and in consideration of my participation in the 5K race on March 29th, 2025, I hereby release the Trustees of Colorado State University, it trustees, officers, agents, employees and students from any and all claims which I may have a s a result of personal injury or property damage arising out of or connected in any way with this event unless those claims arise as a direct result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Colorado State University. I agree NOT TO RUN IN THE ROAD except at appropriate crossings where a crossing guard is present. I will follow instructions from the course marshals should any incident occur that delays or cancels the remainder of the event.

Join us for the 2025 International 5K Color Run and scholarship fundraiser!

Once again, this year's race will be a festive and colorful fun run held in partnership with CSU’s Indian Students Association to celebrate the Hindu celebration of Holi. All proceeds will benefit scholarships for future international students looking to study at CSU. As a reminder, this is a "Rules of the Road Fun Run" and will not be officially timed. Your registration cost includes entry and a race T-shirt.

New this year: Spring Into It Sticker Challenge

We want to encourage healthy habits even before the Spring colors arrive. Leading up to the 5K, you can join our Spring Into It Sticker Challenge for an additional $5! Half of all proceeds from sticker purchases will be donated to the Colorado State University Indian Students Association.

Here's how it works:

Add the sticker add-on to your cart for an additional $5
Walk, run, or jog 450,000 steps between February 1 and race day on March 29 (just over 8,000 per day!)
Receive a commemorative race sticker for your accomplishments!
Honor system - no need to log or show your work! Stickers will also be available for purchase on race day
