In consideration of my being permitted by the Office of International Programs at Colorado State University (CSU) and The Fort Collins International Center to participate in the Outdoor Programs trip.  I, the undersigned participant, exercising my own free choice to participate voluntarily in the above-named activities, and promising to take due care during such participation, hereby release and discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Office of International Programs at CSU and The Fort Collins International Center, and their members, officers, agents, employees, and any other persons or entities acting on their behalf, and the successors and assigns for any and all of the aforementioned persons and entities, (all of such persons and entities are identified below as "Released Parties") against all claims, demands, causes of action whatsoever either in law or in equity, relating to injury, disability, death or other harm, to person or property or both, arising from my transportation to, participation in and

Location: Happy Jack near Laramie, WY, with side visits to Lincoln and Ames Monuments, weather and time permitting. $15

Details: Saturday, May 9, meet at 8:00AM at International House--1400 W. Elizabeth St, return at 6:00PM to International House (earlier if the weather turns on us)

Required Equipment – Comfortable hiking boots, rain jacket, lunch and water. We recommend dressing in layers. Please check the weather to make sure to have extra clothes if it gets cold or it rains.
