Join the Fort Collins International Center (FCIC) for this 9.5 kilometer (6 mile) moderate snowshoe trip. You will gain approximately 183 meters (600 feet) elevation and enjoy the scenic snow-covered area of Zimmerman Lake.

Join the Fort Collins International Center (FCIC) for this 9.5 kilometer (6 mile) moderate snowshoe trip. You will gain approximately 183 meters (600 feet) elevation and enjoy the scenic snow-covered area of Zimmerman Lake.
Location: Zimmerman Lake at Cameron Pass, Colorado.
Date: Saturday, December 14
Meet Time: 7:00 AM at International House (1400 W Elizabeth)
Return time: 4:00 PM (1600) to International House (may come back earlier depending on the weather)
Cost: $15.00 for transport
Required equipment: comfortable winter boots and warm socks, hat, gloves, snow pants (water and wind proof), extra layers, water, lunch and…a desire to have fun! This is an easy to moderate snow shoe trip but you will need to be prepared to handle the cold and snow.
NOTE: you will need to rent Snowshoes on Friday night (December 13th) as we will not have time to get them on Saturday morning.
